  1. Will I be charged for waiting time?
    Montego Bay International Limo & Tours customers are privileged to free waiting time. Our limousines allow one-hour free waiting time for airport pick ups only. Our operators checking all flights ETA's (for delays or earlier arrivals). Additional waiting time billed in quarterly frequents based on the hourly rate.

  2. How do I find my driver?
    Your uniformed driver will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet & greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company and it is free of charge (most companies charge $25.00 extra for this service).

  3. What are the conditions of the limousines?
    All of our limousines are new body style. Luxury Sedans are either Cadillac or Lincoln town cars.

  4. When will you charge my credit card?
    Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.

  5. What happens if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?
    ALL no shows will be charged full rate.
    To avoid being charged you must:
    1. Call Telephone in Jamaica 1-876-953-7459 or US 1-718-881-4290 so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.
    2. Call 1-718-881-4290 or email us at info@montegobaylimo.com in the event that your plans or flight has been changed.

  6. How can I cancel and what is your Cancellation policy?
    All cancellations must be made within 48 hrs prior to your arrival. To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation within 48 to 12 hours before service time. You must provide confirmation # for each reservation.
    Email your cancellation 48 hours
    Fax your cancellation 48 hours
    Phone Cancellation 12 hours
    * Cancellations by phone only weekdays bet. 10am-8pm

  7. What is your "Service Guarantee"?
    After you have received your "Confirmation Number" from Montego Bay Limousine.com, your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card).

    In the airport at Montego Bay when exiting the custom area, go to your right towards the information desk. Your uniformed chauffer will be holding a sign with your name to make it easier to find you. The meet & greet is a great way to welcome you to our island. (Most companies charge $25.00 for this extra service).

    In Jamaica, our cars are well kept and are in excellent condition. We offer super stretch Lincoln Town cars in white, equipped with T.V, VCR& CD players.
